Refund & Cancellation Policy

At QRMENOO, we believe in fairness. You can cancel your subscription at any time and receive a refund for the unused portion of your billing period — no questions asked.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription (Silver or Gold) at any time via the customer portal or by contacting us at info@qrmenoo.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately upon your request.

2. Refunds

Upon cancellation, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused days of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly plan, you will be refunded 50% of the monthly fee.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed automatically upon cancellation through our payment processor Paddle. If you encounter any issues, contact us at info@qrmenoo.com and we will process your refund manually within 5 business days.

4. After Cancellation

After cancellation and refund your account is automatically downgraded to the free Bronze plan. Your data (menus, products, photos, settings) is never deleted — it remains in your account and is fully restored if you resubscribe.
