These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QRMENOO platform ("Service"), operated by Dasenakis Nikolaos, Greece ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QRMENOO is a cloud-based platform that allows food & beverage businesses to create and manage digital menus accessible via QR codes. We offer three subscription tiers: Bronze (free), Silver, and Gold.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately at info@qrmenoo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Silver, Gold) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor) — we do not store your payment card details. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except as set out in Section 4.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, if you have already used the Service (e.g. created menus, generated QR codes), you expressly waive this right by ticking the relevant box during checkout, as permitted by Article 16(m) of the Directive. If you have not used the Service at all, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via the customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time. Downgrading to Bronze is always free and instant.

6. Your Content

You own all content you upload (menus, product descriptions, photos, logos). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate applicable law.

7. Data Retention on Downgrade

If your paid plan expires or you downgrade to Bronze, we do not delete your data. Your menus, products, photos, and settings remain in your account indefinitely. The Bronze plan limits apply (1 property, 1 catalogue, 20 products displayed), but all your data stays intact and is restored immediately upon reactivation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) upload malware or harmful code; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform; (d) resell access without our written consent; (e) use automated tools to scrape the Service.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Greek and EU law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data loss caused by your own actions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time via the Preferences page — this permanently erases all your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
